Commercial EPC's

From October 2008 all properties sold or rented out will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We provide Commercial Energy Performance Certificates as required by the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certifications and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007. Once issued the EPC remains valid for 10 years providing that no substantial alterations to the building fabric or conditioning are made.

Our Assessors are qualified to level 3 and accredited by NHER. Level 3 assessments cover the majority of shops, small to medium size offices, most warehouses, workshops and processing areas. We are happy to provide advice on the type and level of assessment required for your property and to discuss your individual requirements. 

The cost for providing a commercial EPC will vary and is dependant on the size, complexity and use of the building being assessed. Every property will need a quote which usually requires a visit to the property and a pre-inspection. There is no charge for the quote or a pre-inspection.
