We do our best to compete in what is a rediculously competitive market but never lose sight of the phrase "we do our best". This may mean that we might not be the cheapest by a few pounds but we will always provide a first class service.

We always remember that we are your representitives and make the whole inspection process as easy as possible for your customers. We will always :-

• make an appointment at a given time.
• honour that appointment or if for any reason we are delayed advise the customer straight away.
• accomodate the needs of the customer even if it involves weekend or evening visits.
• providing the customer can be contacted we will provide the EPC within three working days from instructions.
• be polite and presentable.
• let you know if there will be a delay and the reasons why.
